1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the Gözcü Mobil app (the “Application”) for mobile devices created by Gözcü Mobil (the “Service Provider”) and offered as a free service “AS IS”.

2. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This may include:

• Your device’s IP address
• Pages you visit within the Application, and timestamps
• Time spent in the Application
• Your mobile device’s operating system

The Application collects precise location to provide map functionality and tracking features. This data is not stored permanently or shared with third parties.

The Application also collects device identifiers (such as Firebase Installation ID) to enable push notifications. These identifiers are not shared and are only used to deliver in-app messages.

3. Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is shared with external services. The Service Provider may disclose information:

• As required by law (subpoena, legal process).
• To protect rights or safety.
• To trusted providers who adhere to this policy.

The Application uses third-party services with their own privacy policies, e.g. Google Play Services.

4. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop data collection by uninstalling the Application via your device’s standard uninstall process.

5. Data Retention

User-provided data is retained while you use the Application and for a reasonable period after. You may request deletion of your account and associated data using this form: Account Deletion Form. Requests are processed within 7 business days.

6. Children

The Application is not for children under 13. If data from a child under 13 is discovered, it will be deleted. Parents concerned should contact us at destek@gozcumobil.com.

7. Security

We implement physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your data.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated; continued use implies acceptance of changes.

1. Giriş

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Gözcü Mobil uygulaması (bundan sonra “Uygulama”) için geçerlidir. Uygulama, Gözcü Mobil (bundan sonra “Hizmet Sağlayıcı”) tarafından oluşturulmuş ve ücretsiz “OLDUĞU GİBİ” sunulmaktadır.

2. Bilgi Toplama ve Kullanma

Uygulama ayrıca, bildirim gönderebilmek amacıyla cihaz tanımlayıcıları (örneğin Firebase Installation ID) toplar. Bu bilgiler paylaşılmaz ve yalnızca uygulama içi mesajlar için kullanılır.

3. Üçüncü Taraf Erişimi

Kullanıcı verileri, uygulama kullanım süresince ve makul bir süre sonrasında saklanır. Hesabınızın ve verilerinizin silinmesini istemek için bu formu kullanabilirsiniz: Hesap Silme Formu. Talepleriniz 7 iş günü içinde işleme alınır.

6. Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaş altı çocuklar için tasarlanmamıştır. Bu yaş grubundan veri tespit edilirse silinir. Ebeveynler destek@gozcumobil.com adresinden bizimle iletişime geçebilir.

7. Güvenlik

Verilerinizi korumak için fiziksel, elektronik ve prosedürel güvenlik önlemleri uygulanmaktadır.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir; uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz bu değişiklikleri kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikada belirtilen şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
