6. User Responsibility

The user represents and warrants that they:

Have rights over the device being tracked,
Have obtained the necessary permissions for the tracked person, vehicle, or item,
Will use the services in compliance with applicable legislation.

Gözcü Mobil is not obligated to monitor the lawfulness of the tracking activities carried out by users.

7. Prohibited Uses

The services may not be used for the following purposes:

Tracking individuals without their knowledge
Tracking a spouse or partner
Monitoring employees in violation of legislation
Violating the privacy of personal life
Stalking (persistent tracking)
Espionage activities
Other activities constituting a crime

If such uses are detected, accounts may be suspended or closed.

8. Third-Party Services

The Application may use third-party services for analytics, error reporting, notifications, or similar purposes (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase). These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.

When such services are used, providers may collect data such as user behavior and device information. Please review the relevant third-party privacy policies where applicable.

Gözcü Mobil may use service providers such as cloud service providers, data storage services, analytics services, notification services, map services, and technical support infrastructures. These providers may only access the data necessary to provide the service.

To this end, technical and administrative measures such as HTTPS/TLS encryption, authorization mechanisms, access controls, security logs, and regular system updates may be applied. Data is retained for as long as necessary within legal obligations and legitimate interests; once this period ends, data is deleted or anonymized using applicable technical methods. For example; account data is retained for as long as the account is active, location records within the scope of service requirements and legal obligations, and log records for security and audit purposes.

12. Account Deletion and Data Deletion Requests

Users may request to:

Close their accounts,
Delete their personal data,
Correct their data

via destek@gozcumobil.com. Data subject to a legal retention obligation may be excluded from this scope.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Application does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe data from a child under 13 has been collected by mistake, please contact us so we can delete it promptly. Adding devices belonging to minors to the system may only be carried out by parents or legal guardians.

Due to reasons stemming from GPS, LTE-M, NB-IoT, GSM, Wi-Fi, and other technologies, delays, errors, or deviations may occur in location information. Gözcü Mobil does not guarantee that location data will always be uninterrupted, real-time, or 100% accurate.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If significant changes occur, we will try to inform you through the Application or another appropriate method.
